Key Responsibilities

Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications

Provide support for internal tools, printers, and other peripheral devices

Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage user accounts and permissions

Assist in the setup of new devices and onboarding of new employees

Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
Skill & Experience
-
Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems

Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and remote desktop tools

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
