Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. You will provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

  • Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications

  • Provide support for internal tools, printers, and other peripheral devices

  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage user accounts and permissions

  • Assist in the setup of new devices and onboarding of new employees

  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference

Skill & Experience

  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and remote desktop tools

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
